Job Description for Factory-Certified VW Technician Positions

Respond to and execute the repair orders that you receive from our dispatcher.
Get any parts needed for repairs from our parts department.
Keep careful documentation of all the work that is completed.
Perform road tests of vehicles after repairs have been performed to ensure that malfunctions have been successfully corrected.

Troubleshoot auto malfunctions and determine the appropriate repair procedures.
Read any bulletins that have come out from the factory.
Implement information in bulletins into work procedures.
Stay abreast of pertinent regulations on the local, state, and federal levels that impact work and standards in the automotive industry.
Keep all vehicles that come into the service center clean.
Undergo any required training.
